Have you seen the formation of 4 dojis in a row in djia? What will be the outcome of this process of the market reasoning? If you look at the uptrend channel of dow from 1790 till today...you see a tremendous potential for a correction (the number of the upper trendline would be a ridiculous 3300 g) And in the meantime, we had the invention of electricity, cars, computers... A rather simple approach would be to say: the market has not yet priced in that competition refers also to the dotcoms, so that most dcf calcs might be much to optimistic.
