Hello Wil and All:

We have news on further drill results at Sewell Brook. Any thoughts?
Nice price move today. Hope it keeps up and maybe we will see $2+ next week. News posted below.

>Drill hole SW97-43, although due west of SW97-40, encountered a much
>thicker sequence of hanging wall sediments overlain by probable mafic
>(pillowed) flows. Therefore, the mineralized succession encountered was at
>greater depth than the eastern holes. The two most significant mineralized
>intervals, documented above, are hosted by lapilli tuffs overlain by
>sediment dominated intervals. Stratigraphic correlations suggests these
>mineralized horizons are at the base of the zinc-rich mineralized
>succession in the deeper discovery zone equivalent but overlie the
>copper-rich mineralized strata identified at deeper levels (i.e. SW96-19
>and SW90-08-06).
>Drill hole SW97-45 was collared grid north of SW97-37 and grid south of
>SW96-31. The hole tested strata between these two holes and the up-dip
>extension of mineralization identified in the deeper, faulted equivalent of
>the discovery zone. The purpose of the hole was to test lateral
>continuation of mineralization up-dip to the north against a fault.
>Proposed correlations surest only 6m of mineralized rhyolite (the target
>zone) was intersected, with the remainder removed by the fault. The hole
>was allowed to continue in order to test stratigraphy hosting the finely
>laminated, bedded massive sulphide horizon identified in SW97-37. A
>significant thickness of mineralization (17.0m) was encountered at that
>stratigraphic horizon, grading approximately 2.1% Pb+Zn+Cu with one higher
>grade zone grading 5.8% copper over 3.75m. There is a 3.9m thick zone
>between interval 5 and interval 6, which was not sampled due to poor core
>recovery, making a total mineralized interval of at least 22.6m.
>Anomalous copper values up to 1.13% over 0.90m were assayed from 270.6 to
>the end of the hole (374.0m). It is highly significant that no single hole
>drilled by the company has passed through the entire mineralized succession
>into an unmineralized footwall stratigraphy.
>Drilling on the company's New Brunswick properties (Shingle Gulch, Sewell
>Brook and Costigan) is expected to resume May 12 1997.
>Drilling on the Fors project near Cranbrook, BC, has begun. A grid drill
>program of 10 to 12 holes ranging in depth from 2,800 to 3,500 ft will be
>carried out over the next three months.
