I would join a class action lawsuit.

I think Nero has opened himself wide to a lawsuit. As someone so nicely put it, he fiddled while Rome burned.

I repeat. Nero seems to have no idea who he is messing with since Zimmer has a track record of taking on companies that did not produce and winning. He is a lawyer and specializes in precisely this kind of thing. This time, he is really motivated both for himself and his clients.

And, I would join in such a lawsuit, if filed, in a minute. I had a large stake in INTF and sold most of it on the way down but retain some that is worth about 1/3 of my basis.

Right now, Nero needs to understand that he needs to do whatever he can to get shareholder value up soon. Not in 5 years, but soon. And, if this means selling the company for a good price to someone like ORCL, he should. And, since he chose to do things that would result in a drop in the price, he is really showing he cares more about his job and salary than the true owners of the company. Do the words fiduciary duty mean anything about Nero and his current board?

Just my opinions. But, I suspect many would be thrilled to join in such a lawsuit since the losses of some folks are staggering, and the gains given up even more so!

I would bet on Zimmer any day. I bet on Nero earlier, and lost. He never followed through in the ways that matter, despite being given a great boost by Zimmer.
