Yeah, very good packing. Everything was fine.
My boom box has a cassette player so I'll get
to the tape today after closing while I finish
planting my veggies, weather permitting.
The 1st Knick Pacer game is 8:30, perfect timing
for me. I can leisurely finish up planting my
veggies, cook dinner and get my fish done all before
the game. I've been cooking 5X a week lately. I feel
much better when I eat my own cooking vs. eating out.
Last night I grilled marinated eggplants and served
them topped with my bean chili and cheddar over rice
with a side of lemon asparagus. My cooking is very good
as far as healthy food goes outside of that I can't make
the exact same thing twice because I wing it, I very
rarely follow recipes.
