haven't read it yet.... if others can dig in, would appreciate it...... This Form 10-K/A is being filed to amend two items of the annual report on Form 10-K of OSI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for the fiscal year ended September 30, 1999, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 29, 1999 and amended on January 25, 2000. Item 7, Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations, Liquidity and Capital Resources, is amended to add additional information with respect to the acquisition by the Registrant of certain assets from Cadus Pharmaceutical Corporation; and Item 8, Consolidated Financial Statements and Supplementary Data, Notes to Consolidated Financial Statements, footnote number 1(h) is amended to provide additional disclosure regarding accounting for certain of the Registrant's investments and footnote number 3(a) is amended to revise the disclosure regarding the Cadus acquisition.
