Chung, seems to be me they had to be institutions with brain damaged house traders. I don't know to what extend this is happening, but I am guessing that the mutual funds may be facing some redemptions, or shifting from tech to non-tech sectors, based on the news people see on CNBC etc. If it is in fact happening, the institutions are forced to sell, and maybe they are just selling across the board rather than being selective.
