Jim and all: i have just read that the current short interest ratio on the Nasdaq is at 1,5%. this is interesting, as bottoms in the NAZ during the 90's have invariably coincided with the short interest ratio being approximately twice as high (2,8 - 3,2%). it indicates that there is still a high level of complacency.
