HEC,ROR,PKC. DOUBLE WHAMMY!
There has been a lot of talk about Ecopetrol not being able to afford backing in, seems to me they probably would'nt even have to come up with their 50% (in cash) of the well costs, they would make that back in a matter of weeks- who would'nt back'em- short term, high interest loan for a few weeks.
