He is the first elected US President to pay a fine of $90,000.00 for contempt of court. He is the first elected U.S. President to settle a sexual harassment case. He is the first elected U.S. President found to be found in violation of the law (The Privacy Act) by a federal judge. Coming attractions: Formal Disbarment by the Arkansas Supreme Court. Independent Counsel Robert Ray hinted earlier this year that he's working on a post-presidential Clinton indictment.
