Fred: Yes this is now a true penny stock. It's a shame, their product isn't bad, sometimes quite good, but Kushner/Locke management is very "penny-ante". Their stockholders have all but adandoned them, serves them right in my opinion, wouldn't surprise me if it sank lower. As far as a reverse split, that wouldn't surprise me either. As far as I'm concerned good management makes money for the stockholders, lousy management just "prints more money'. Sincerely: C. W. Oakes
