Tyco's stock's action today SHOULD be of interest to you...if Tyco's stock was UP today, and GBLX down...what would that indicate? Certainly not good news for GBLX longs, that's for sure....The fact that both are down indicates that the market sees such shenanigans (lawsuit) as a lose/lose... The $1 Billion figure is just too clean...the timing is too perfect (2 weeks before IPO, but after prospectus is out there)..
