Revised XICO forecast,

Based on what we know today and from reading the 10K, I'm pretty well convinced that the benefits derived from fully depreciating the CA fab (done in Q4) will not increase very much from Q1 to Q2; they may actually go down slightly. After putting these new assumptions in my model I need to adjust my projections for Q2 and 2000 EPS down to $0.13 and $0.59.

There has been a few posts to encourage SI members to join other shareholders in seeking solutions to optimize value. I know some of those involved and believe their motives are pure. I have not pledged my shares to any particular cause, but I probably will. I am being consulted and my opinions are, I think, well respected by the group. I encourage posters to learn about what this group plans and decide for yourselves if it is in your best interest. To the best of my knowledge, the group has no motives beyond what they state. Regards, pmcw
