You wanted support ? Here it is.
=====================================================================
A rebuttal to Mr. Monk's incorrect statements and misinformation regarding CSGI

1. A big block of stocks controlled by Hong Kong interest - Mad Monk

I have gone through this particular misleading statement several times before, but as long as the
Mad Monk makes it I will be here to post the TRUE facts.

The above statement is in regards to this SEC 13D filing
{ sec.gov }

In this filing you will find that Trinidad Cranbourne was given 1 million shares by Mr. Robert
Stewart, the Chairman of CSGI who has a 59.9% stake. Trinidad Cranbourne is the
DAUGHTER of Mr. Stewart and the shares were given to her as a gift. Mr. Stewart retained all
voting rights to those shares. Her sec. 144 time period started from the date of the filing, and when
and if she wishes to sell any of her shares a from 144 must be filled with the SEC. This transaction
was perfectly LEGAL and all SEC guidelines were followed. In any case, all this can be verified by
calling Mr. Bob Stewart at Consygen (602) 496-4545

2.A group of Hong Kong hypists try viciously to promote this pig. - Mad Monk

There has been NO hype on CSGI. Everything I post contains facts with links to where the
information can be found. If anything is a pig, it is you Mr. Monk.

3.Very misleading press releases to create illusions of grandeur. Read them and get a good
laugh -Mad Monk

All CSGI press releases and news can be found on the CSGI Reference Thread.
{ Subject 14754 }
Read them and make up your own mind.

4.More non-performing contracts than real ones.- Mad Monk

This is a FACT and no one has tried to hide it. In fact to get the truth about the contracts that
CSGI has done, I suggest you read the Westergaard Conference transcript.
{ techstocks.com }
You will Find that Mr. Jeff Richards, V.P. of CSGI, talks about the non-revenue contracts.
=====================================================================
"No new non-revenue projects, I have it. I've done enough. We basically have proven ourselves.
We're currently running 6 projects, 4 of which are non-revenue, pilot projects and by the end of
that exercise I hope that we've proven ourselves and we will not undertake any new
non-revenue projects."
- Jeff Richards V.P. of CSGI
=====================================================================
Keep in mind that all Year 2000 companies do freebie contracts when they are initially starting out.
It is funny that Mr. Monk does not mention that his favorite company, MatiDigm, was doing the
Nevada contract for FREE .

5.Zero earnings-Mad Monk

This is a flat out LIE, Mr. Jeff Richards clearly states CSGI's revenue expectations for this year.
=====================================================================
"In the business information that we issued, I put a page in there explaining the difficulty of
estimating that's been eluded to already. You could have a five or $50 million contract come
good at any point in time. One of the difficulties is the extraordinary variability on this. But
even based on the normal sizing that we are estimating now, we have about $15 million in our
pipeline as -- about $15 million in our pipeline right now if those projects should come to past.I
am not saying they will because they depend obviously on a lot of things --competitive bidding
and so on. But I see ourselves as seriously contending for those -- for that amount."

Jeff Richards, V.P. of CSGI, at Westergaard Conference (second page last paragraph)
=====================================================================
Furthermore, it is my opinion that they will not only have revenues, but they will be profitable this
year. You may contact Mr. Tom Dean at IRA for further information (212) 421-2545 or you may
also contact Mr. Jim Janis at Martin E. Janis & Co. (312) 943-1100

6.Zero sales force- Mad Monk

This is probably the worse misstatement that has been made. CSGI has aligned themselves with
alliances that do all the marketing and sales for them. CSGI has the marketing power of five
companies behind them. Make up your own mind. Is it better to pay for the overhead of an
"in-house" marketing team, or have the marketing strength of five different companies touting
your toolset all over the country and the world ?

7.Questionable past. How long have they been in the SOFTWARE business?
It is a pure joke. - Mad Monk

Mr. Monk CSGI has recently gone public, but before they were called ConSyGen they were IDS.
They specialized in "Migration services", <taking companies off of main frames and putting them
on open systems / client server platforms. >

Mr. Jeff Richards also talks about this at the Westergaard Conference.

====================================================================
" We had been a private

company. We had been internally funded. The primary owner of our

company at the present time was our president at the time, and he

had funded the company for a period of some 15 years from his own

money. We had not been a major profit maker because we'd been in

heavy research and development, building the tool set I've just

been describing."
-Jeff Richards, V.P. of CSGI, at Westergaard Conference
=====================================================================

I only stated FACTS as I see them-Mad Monk

I hope it is clear to all who may read this post, that Mr. Monk posts NO facts. All he does is post
accusations and misinformation.

I have posted FACTUAL information that can be corroborated by the links and phone numbers
that have been provided. Take it upon yourselves to do the necessary due diligence to find out
the truth. I know I have, and I chose to invest in CSGI.
