From RB about where PLFM is going. I just talked to BMS I will quote him with his permission. There is NO reverse split of any kind! The company the posters are talking about is DRTV. A while ago we talked to them about possibly acquiring them. That is NOT going to happen. They are voting on forming a trust to be able to BUY some of our shares. PERIOD. We are not going into a shell. As a matter of fact, we are going for full NASDAQ listing on our own. There will be a PR out shortly to announce our filing of the 10SB with the SEC. We are now ahead of schedule with this. Bill said for anyone who wants confirmation of this to email him. Things are going great with more to come. Put this rumor to rest NOW. That is all on the record from BMS. V
