On trading signals, I don't have a hard and fast rule. Here is where some subjectivity and experience with the market come into play. Generally, I'll reverse positions if there is a green bar at a long signal, and a red bar at a short signal. Exceptions to that, however, are when certain overextended candles form indicating mini-reversals. In short, I will wait on a signal if I don't have a reasonable expectation that the next hour will move my position into the money.

Hope that helps, TC.
