Gary, I learned a long time ago not to do things that way. It is like the difference between corn and soybeans, or gold and the CRB, or heating oil and crude, etc, etc. Treat and chart each stock, commodity or index as a separate entity, and do not get caught up too much with what you may think is influencing something else, as you may get used to doing that! But if it works for you, I wish you continued success..... I chart everything separately, using a mixture of standard and proprietary technical indicators, with a bit of candlesticks and trend-line analysis thrown in for good measure. Every night for the last ten years or so, (except for weekends and holidays of course), I analyze about 160 different stocks, commodities and indices, and have become very experienced, but hopefully, not too overconfident.
