Scumbria,
You and Frank must be brothers. <G>
He's even more obsessed with Greenspan than you are.

Greenspan has betrayed the President's Trust and should be forcibly removed from office!! He is the Most dangerous man at the table IMHO
I just wrote this post on another thread and thought I would share it here. It is the rising interest rates alone that is causing the panic we are seeing and nothing else IMHO. Greenspan got his way and now he is allowing the markets to fall apart. We don't need this kind of wreckless leadership. He does not know what the hell he is doing or does not care.

It was a grave error on behalf of the President to reappoint Mr. Greenspan. This was clearly not the same man who originally was appointed under the Regan administration.
I made my position clear the day Greenspan was reappointed and now I think most everyone agree that a serious mistake was made. The president needs to ask him to step down so the markets can recover. Mr. Clinton would have never in an election year installed a Fed leader who would aggressively hike interest rates in the face of a collapsing stock market. Give us all a break Mr. Greenspan and stop acting like a G-DAMN traitor. You are way out of control and show no shame.

Frank "
