If you alleged curmudgeons can ken all the CDMA acronyms on top of all the Cree SiC lightbulbs and gemstones, AND make a differentiation in front-office software -- this storage stuff should be piece of cake. It's basically your PC and your office network puffed up about 10 or 20 times. 'Taint that hard. I thank the Lord daily that I fell into this, because I sure feel lucky getting to work with something that is so simple.
Mr. f---ing Market...now that's something I'll never understand. It seems like sheer, unadulterated panic...like all the computers, cell phones, lasers, networks and software are just irrelevant now. I've got brokers calling and crying on MY shoulder. When they finish, they point out all the excellent buying opportunities, of course.
One of these days, I'll be like the majority of you retired SOBs and can sit here and smugly say, "Well, compared to last year's prices, I'm still in the green." Oh, whatever. Some of us working stiffs are staring at 50% losses...and I don't mean ISOs, either. That's just too effing painful to think about.
Screw it...I'm having a beer or twenty, and contemplate my landscaping job.
