OT---Was going to reply to JB, as perhaps what has happened in the last several years has at least made more people aware that their vote DOES count....and that we must also put our time, energy, and money where our mouth is.... but R~ I totally agree with you! I frankly have wondered where ANY leadership, on either side of the fence or issue, is... Where ARE our Statesmen/Stateswomen??? The closest I've seen in some time was David Chippers, a Democrat (life long he says) from Chicago...who was picked by Henry Hyde (R), to be the Counsel for the Republicans for the Impeacement Hearings....!!! We listened to as much of what he had to say during the hearings, and he did make sense. Wish we could get a copy of his statements.... But surely, there must be others to look to... KLP
