Why would anyone buy at 9? It has dropped like a rock on incompetence and those are still in charge. The credability factor is also involved since only a month ago they were smiling and saying everything was fine-- either tall tales or stupidity neither of which draw institutional buyers. Too little too late! Nothing happening here for a year or more if they can prove they can make a buck-- that is a huge 'if' considering these results... A huge light can on a couple of weeks ago that said "we have a problem"! No one knew how to turn on the switch months ago?????
