if you don't have an alternative to your OLB you should indeed do so. i promise you, when things get truly chaotic you will not be able to place orders in real time.

i remember well that on April 4, at the crucial moment when the lows were hit, Schwab was shutting down. and that wasn't even a 3 bn. share day. i was lucky i got out of most of my puts that day before the ramp started. needless to say, i was unable to participate in and capitalize on the ramp. but i do have an alternative possibility in case it's really urgent.
