They are in no way involved in the DOJ action. It is an anti-trust action that was instigated, investigated, and prosecuted by the federal government, not a private lawsuit. My apologies. Everything I have read and heard indicates Mr. McNealy(sp?)'s pushing of anything possible to get to M$FT. After trying so poorly to compete in the open market, his crying to the DOJ and the White House must have had no impact whatsoever. Jack
