I've been kind of busy lately and keeping away from the market a bit. I did get this note the other day from Darchiville. It was a bit disappointing to learn that we still have a few months wait before we can expect much market action. Helmut

The good news is that a few months ago we were building a business plan and strategy to attack a segment of the e-commerce service market. The best news is that a few months later we are 99% completed in this regard. We have finished our business plan and proprietary software. We have begun to
aggressivly market our business plan to potential sources of capital. We have initiated and completed discussions with some strategic partners. And we are seeking to stabilize the satellite programming business.

We need capital to fund growth. We remain confident that our business plan will attract the needed capital.

The CDNX move this summer will be exciting.There will be some great things released via news over the next two to three months. We had hoped to release some events earlier in May, but we are more focused on doing things right than rushing to get news out too early. As a shareholder you can appreciate
this.

Jetcom will be a different company once Q2 and Q3 passes. Hold on for the change!
