Permission from whom? Perhaps you have dismissed the information I provided you earlier.

Nokia is working with a partner for 3G. This partner, just so happens to have a member of its BOD as the CEO of Starhub. To me, it looks like the "plan" is starting to come together.

Now, I ask again, whose permission does NOK need?
