Erik, more "bad" news...

DENVER, June 19 (Reuter) - Shares of Iomega Corp rose on Wednesday,
recouping a portion of the previous day's losses as investors focused
on the company's contracts with major manufacturers, a securities
analyst said.

Iomega's alliances with OEMs, or original equipment manufacturers,
are "invaluable," said Howard Rosencrans of H D Brous.

Iomega rose 3 to 29-3/4 on heavy volume of more than 14 million
shares. On Tuesday the stock lost 10-1/4 and may have become
oversold, he said.

On Tuesday, Iomega said several more companies had agreed to
include Iomega Zip drives in their personal computers.

"It's the number one overwhelming issue," said Rosencrans,
reflecting what other observers have said about the importance of
OEMs for the computer storage products company.
