I'm guilty of the same. And I compounded the foolishness by buying MXTR and WDC also. I get the impression that IBM was having DD production problems, so that SEG and Fugitsu were filling more than their share of orders. Which SHOULD mean that HDD also did OK in their enterprise units. And I think the stronger demand and lower supply should also benefit Maxtor and WDC. But we probably have to wait till earnings season to get any positive reaction.
