The good news is the market is already building the scenerio of "no peak in sight" into the pricing. If inflation starts to show signs of weakening the market will come back strong. I think the higher interest rates are starting to work, and now with the half point hike, we will start to see some real improvement within a month or sooner. If Sun has a good announcement, we could start to see a recovery in mid June. Just a little over 3 weeks from now. Joe
