Well I just read the agreement with Anglo. I was wrong..(what else is new) the amount to be invested is 2.5 mil not 2.0 as I said in my last post. CMG got an initial 250,000$ for the first 6months (starting late Nov '99) After 6 months they get an additional 500,000$ for the next 12 months. That 12 month period should have started this month.. The agreement that was published does not say how this money is to be spent so I don't know if it can be used for overhead cost or must be used for exploration. The agreement also calls for quarterly reviews. I guess there is nothing in the agreement that says that these reviews must be made public...the quarterly reviews also give Anglo 'withdrawl rights'. oops. There should be the second quarterly review by the end of this month..it could pass in silence like the first review..the current stock price certainly does not project a lot of success up to now...but it's still early. Let's hope they find enough to hang in there. I had not read the press release of April 27th. Reading the last sentence gives me the impression that CMG has pretty much given up on Marmato..any other interpretation would be welcome. Got a question. Has there been any mention of a drill program...trenching...panning...anything. How do they propose finding the gold?
