I don't think that Cheryl was speaking to the concern you describe. Have you heard of anyone receiving email with the subject "ILOVEYOU" lately? I saw postings by people claiming to have lost treasured family photos and similar such. Procuring the soundest and most secure platform for "information appliances" is definitely a success factor for firms leveraging this technology. The relative costs of alternatives will of course be of some bearing.
