JC, I make no attempt to hide my interest in Microsoft. I also do not throw out figures lightly or when I have no source for backup. Can you say the same for Cheryl's posts and her interest in Sun? Do you have a vested interest (not that I think it's wrong if you do)? OK, so your point is that you believe Unix is better because it's older, is multiuser (so is Win2000 Server), doesn't have local user context (you should check out Active Directory), is less integrated, and has had some features before Windows. That is a legitimate starting point for a philosophical discussion. In fact, I was responding to a post that I believe is misleading and inaccurate, and I asked for specific information to back up the claims I called into question. Do you have relevant information, or are you just unhappy that I'm questioning the credibility of someone with an interest in Sun posting some very outlandish claims? Mike
