jc, I am with you on your view of the role of the bank...its a demonstrator....and there to help the timid get over their fear of jumping into the web waters on the S-1 system. They need to go ahead and grow it as fast as they can, however, or it will unsell the entire web delivery concept.

It is a good system, with a good head start, and if they don't get the stock price up, someone bigger will scoop up their jewel. FISERV? First Data?

I don't have enough data or insight to forecast the revenue and expenses stream, for either of the businesses this company is in. I doubt management can forecast it with a great deal of accuracy at this point. Just too many uncertainties. If one of the bigger software companies doesn't try to buy them, its a good bet that these big outfits will be trying to duplicate their system, at least for the banks that want to go the do it yourself data center route. So they may have the outsourced data center business lead for a while, but I guess competition lines up quickly for web solutions software.

So what to do? I am not comfortable buying on only a takeover possibility. I will have to sit awhile and watch, and see if I can see down the road to when these guys can make a profit.

Will come back and share if I get any insights. Hope you guys will do the same.

Good luck,

Brian
