Sonny ---Good morning ----Volume levels are at normal levels . This is the level of trading that was going on until November of last year --then the surge . So volume is not the issue except to the people who get three to four cent a share for moving the stock . The Nasdaq had double the previous two years on this volume .
The answer is the same ---the houses and funds are not buying . I do not know what the catalyst will be but their is a ton of cash on the sidelines .
I also have a problem with the earned income credit ---getting tax money back when you do not even pay taxes . I understand now that 50 % of the people pay no taxes while the top 4 % are paying 47% of the taxes for the nation . The 50% who pay no taxes use the same roads and the same school's plus it really sets a bad accountability for responsibility to the nation . Enough ---
Lets start looking for signs of a slowdown --maybe that would be more productive and hopefully show an end to this nonsense

BEST WISHES
BILL
