John, completed testing of the CCI 13 Spike system on ~2500 stocks. Looks very promising. 82% profitable over two years for those stocks that gave a trading signal in last 60 trading days. I tested a few over 10 years of data to come to the suggested changes. Will do some more system testing, and compare to the S&P on the Web site. Haven't personally seen a divide by zero on MSWin.
