Broadband Networks Through General Distribution
Agreement With CrossKeys

Agreement underlines importance of guaranteeing
quality of service as voice, data, multimedia converge into

NICE, France--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 24, 2000-- Ericsson (Nasdaq: ERICY - news) has signed a
General Distribution Agreement for CrossKeys (Nasdaq: CKEY - news; TSE: CKY - news) Resolve(r)
performance management software. Ericsson will incorporate CrossKeys Resolve suite of solution
software into its Telecom Management Solution portfolio, which is designed to provide complete telecom
management solutions to network and service providers worldwide, this includes fixed networks and both
second and third generation mobile networks.

solution software and Crosskeys' undoubted experience in data communication and broadband network
