Dear JDN: The China trade agreement is a good idea. Right now it is actually the only (potential) catalyst I can think of to get this market start the healing process.

Speaking for myself, you are absolutely correct. Punxsutawney Phil, a _very_ distant relative, has graciously invited me to move into his den. Phil has said I can stay as long as I want which to me means that the market will get back on track before next winter--there is not enough room for both Phil and me in Phil's den and he is going to need it when next winter starts.

Phil does not have a phone line in his den so from time to time I crawl out and run home to load the financial page at Yahoo! Seeing where the Dow and NASDAQ are send me racing back to Phil's hole.

When I take a peek at SI, I *never* go to the bottom of the page where the stock price is.
