So the vote is after the close. Everyone says it's a done deal. Being the erudite man I am, early this morning I decided to educate myself on your country's foreign policy debate regarding China. It would seem that the turning point was a Chinese promise to open their fine country to the US tobacco giants. 100 years ago it was the same deal with the British and opium. This is truly a new era. --Allan
