I have completely stopped trading at the open any more due to these problems - the data is totally useless. Having said that, since the market went south they are much better - I assume due to the fact that they lost a lot of customers due to their feed problems AND lost a lot of traders due to losses in the market and no longer trading. It has been obvious for sometime that Qcharts problems were volume based so less customers puts less strain on the system - they have been "upgrading" their system for months now with little completed, it seems. Ref. CyberX - it has worked very well for me, except for the loading of trade methoid mentioned in a few posts below. HOWEVER, I have some problems the last few days for some reason, both yesterday and this morning having to call in to get system reset to show what I actually had active. It was still showing - on their end - a LYCOS trader from yesterday! but not on my screen! Scarey. Never had these type problems before. jb
