The only thing that I can find to account for the big price increase in the last two months besides the last good earnings report is that Neuberger and Berman, LLC bought 1,859,400 shares in Feb and FMR increased their holdings by 1 million shares in Feb. ( According to SC 13 filings). I am not sure whether Neuberger and Berman bought all those shares in Feb or just added to their holdings. Couldnt find any previous SC13 showing NB holdings in DS.

This amounts to about 10% of the total outstanding common stock. That should have choked down the supply available to buyers a bit and may be responsible for some of the rise.
