My opinion has nothing to do with what "liberals" or "conservatives" have done or will do, whether their actions are inconsistent or consistent. My opinions are based on internal logic, and utilitarian principles. The fact that illogical behavior has occurred in the past does NOT make me favor it in the future. My opinions are based on my conception of what is rational and what promotes domestic and international tranquility. My notions my be wrong occasionally (I'm unfortunately not omniscient) but my logic is impeccable most of the time. I can't really argue with you if you want to be illogical- except to point out you ARE being illogical. There is no way to join an argument when one side is based on irrational belief.
