Thanks... We get the PR we wanted then they don't file. The last PR left it opened on the exact filing time/date. I won't believe they filed until I see it posted with the SEC. I believe they are piggyback compliant ... just read the legal jargon on the otcbb.com site. Now let's mail those responses and wait our 30 days(+/-). Regards Cory
