Mr. Market is bound, gagged, and blindfolded -- wallowing in a general bloodbath.

(I hope this is an irrational exaggeration!)

Looking at the muncher's website, I see that shareholders of another small biotech recently voted against being munched.

I, for one -- unless I hear compelling evidence to go along with this deal -- will vote my shares against this proposition.
