Definately the worst results we could have imagined! As you say we will have to look for another property to rekindle the fire but I am sure that will be more difficult than we want. Although I reduced my holdings on the spike up I should have been quick to pull the trigger on the way down. I still think these guys will find a mine but I already hate the idea of waiting again.
