Corel Signs its First Tier One Consumer ASP-C Me Run: Companies Deliver Corel Software Titles to Consumers

OTTAWA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 23, 2000--Corel Corporation (NASDAQ:CORL)(TSE:COR.) today announced a licensing agreement with C Me Run Corporation (OTC: BB: CMER), an Application Service Provider Engine, enabling consumers to access Corel's software through an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or telco.

C Me Run will host and deliver WordPerfect(r) Office 2000, CorelDRAW(r) 9, CorelDRAW 9 Office Edition, Corel Print Office(tm) 2000, Corel(r) Custom Photo, Corel Print House(tm) Magic and 1000's of clipart and Web images to North America consumers who have Internet access and utilize the Web for productivity and creativity.
