Fez ______________________ Global Crossing (Nasdaq:GBLX - news) Shares are up 2 3/16 to 25 13/16 after Sweden's biggest phone company, Telia AB announced that it swapped almost $98 million worth of assets with Global Crossing. Global Crossing will get access to Telia's Scandinavian network. Global Crossing was reiterated ``buy'' by Salomon Smith Barney with a $70 price target.
