John: "If he were to get real hawkish, it probably would spook the markets." They news never really matters. Rather it is just the interpretation of it. In bear markets, they'll find the most positive news scary and in bulls they find the most horrendous to be a stock booster. I guess we'll just have to watch and see how they decide to view all the news in the near future. Unless it was one hell of a short covering rally, today looked reversal like to me.
