I think the judge's plans is a good for MSFT's case for appeals court. More evidence of a vendetta against the company for appealing his earlier decisions. I guess he is also mad at the company for giving him absolutely no respect when the talk about the appeals process and predictions of victory. I think the appeals court judges will also see this bias in his decisions. MSFT's chances of winning have just increased, IMHO.
