In addition to Rose's comment on waiting for (hopefully)better timing to release the quarterly numbers, I can't believe Yuen would be so foolish as to telegraph to the analysts and the market the hypothetically "disappointing" results that he that he arguably wants to ofset with the positive implication that the merger brings to the table by telling them of his plans for timing.
