This thread provides superior evidence of all issues of fact, in general, and esecurities' [antecedent] recommendations and concomitant [subsequent] shareholder value destruction pursuant to alleged possible violations of SEC Rule 10b-5, misrepresentation, ommissions, causation, etc., in particular viz a viz [including but not limited to] said 23 March 2000 Internet Conference call, and said 5 May and 17 May 2000 Company press releases [ref/ below].

esecurities corporation respectfully submits that it is NewKidCo management whom has taken this personally and apparently has allegedly recklessly enlisted yourself unwittingly? and unfortunately as their spokesman? In our experience this generally is quid quo pro protocol with a management team allegedly responsible for alleged avoidable consistent patterns of shareholder value destruction.
Again, we urge you to rely on issues of fact when making public disclosures and not defamatory libel.
In the meantime we are patiently awaiting word from NewKidCo management regarding their timely opinion as to NewKidCo's (NASD OTC BB:NKCIF)(TSE:NKC) status as an ("ONGOING CONCERN") pursuant to FASB/U.S. GAAP specifically pursuant to biz.yahoo.com and biz.yahoo.com . AS A MATTER OF RECORD our "TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE" marked communications to the CEO, CFO, NewKidCoLLC President [and Director], and an independent Director of (NASD OTC BB:NKCIF)(TSE:NKC), in addition to Focus Partners, NewKidCo Investor Relations, have not been acknowledged.
