I didn't sell it at a low (to me). I saw an opportunity to significantly increase my leverage in some primary holdings using the SDLI capital.

As a matter of fact, I do have a lot to protect, and I wanted to go for the guaranteed kill rather than the more speculative one. SDLI's growth prospects vs. price paid for that growth wasn't as good relative to some (if not all) of my other holdings.

I wish that I didn't have to sell, but I needed the capital.
