I think this should be pretty neutral to the immediate MSFT stock price, if not a little accretive. It's about the same level of unknown with a want of being 'spun'. I think it puts that much more focus on MSFT's last offer and sincerity toward resolving the whole thing. I think the bottom line is that vox populi in addition to MSFT shareholders, want resolution (IMO) -JCJ
